1441861 Rolling profiled workpieces WILHELM FETTE GmbH 15 July 1974 [13 July 1973] 31173/74 Heading B3M A rotationally symmetrical workpiece 2, Fig. 1, is provided with threads, grooves, knurling, or teeth by rolling it between profiled rollers 4 and 5 each of whose rolling surfaces varies in radius around its circumference so that the rolling is completed in one rotation of the rollers. Rotation of the rollers is limited to one revolution by a mechanical stop. The rollers may be mounted in a head 1 which is fed transversely of the workpiece axis, or alternatively, three rollers may be carried in a head which is fed axially relative to the workpiece. The axial spacing of the rollers is fixed (but is adjustable by eccentric roller spindles) and the rollers are frictionally driven by contact with the workpiece. Each roller, Fig. 6, may have a flattened portion 12 which permits the roller to be fed relative to a workpiece, a portion 11 of progressively increasing diameter for profiling the workpiece, a portion 4 of fixed diameter, and a final portion of decreasing radius. The rollers, Fig. 1, are rotationally connected by gearing 7-10, the gear 8 being rotationally biased by a spring to rotate anti-clockwise. In the initial position shown, an abutment 18 associated with the gear 9 contacts a bolt 21 which prevents rotation of the gears and rollers by the spring bias. This allows the head to be fed over a workpiece with the flattened portions 12 facing wach other. At this stage the head strikes a stop which rotates a lever 19 and retracts the bolt 21, thereby allowing the rollers to rotate into contact with the workpiece. Simultaneously a second bolt 20 is extended to stop rotation of the rollers after one rotation. When the head is withdrawn, the lever is reset, and the gearing is rotated to its initial position by the spring. In an equivalent arrangement (Figs. 9 and 10, not shown) three rollers are connected to gears which mesh with a common central gear. The central gear carries a rotatable abutment for controlling rotation of the rollers, and is rotationally spring biased as before. Either the head can be rotated about a stationary workpiece, or the workpiece is rotatable. 公开号:SU741783A3 申请号:SU742050907 申请日:1974-07-12 公开日:1980-06-15 发明作者:Крузе Вернер 申请人:Вильхельм Фетте Гмбх (Фирма); IPC主号:

(54) CARVING HEAD The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used for forming on cylindrical parts of threads and other profiles. The known thread head is made up of threaded rolls mounted in the housing and synchronizing gears connected kinematically through the central gear {11. The disadvantage of such a thread rolling head is that during the shaping process, the tool shifts in the tangential direction and relative to the workpiece, which does not allow the thread rolling rollers to be formed in one turn. The closest to the proposed essence and the achieved result is a thread rolling head, comprising a housing, thread rolling rollers and synchronized gear mounted coaxially on the thread rolling rollers, kinematically connected through intermediate gears and central gears (2. However, such thread rolling head also does not allow shaping or other profiles for one revolution of thread rolling rollers and is intended only for knurling with tangential feed of the head. gaining - expanding technological capabilities by providing the gripping of the workpiece with thread-rolling rollers and removing them from the engagement with the knurled product with the thread-rolling head fixed to the workpiece axis. different widths of the heads as well as a control lever interacting with the latches and an elastic element for turning thread rolling rollers kinematically associated with the central pinion and the intermediate gear formed with spikes Imodeystvuitsimi mutually latched. Cutting (Zonag head is also distinguished by the fact that thread-rolling rollers are made with grooves for placing the billet, with cushioned parts of constant radius and lead-in and centering parts of variable radius. The head of kinematic type can be a version of a thread-rolling head. The synchronization gears are connected through the central hive, equipped with a cam with spikes, interacting with clamps. Fig. 1 shows the described thread rolling head in Fig. 2 a section A-A on fi G. 1, Fig. 3 shows a section B-B in Fig. 2, Fig. 4 shows a section B-B in Fig. 3, and Fig. 5 is a view along arrow D in Fig. 4; Fig. b shows a rolling roller ; Fig. 7 is a section D-D in Fig. 6; in Fig. 8 a thread rolling head mounted on a lathe support; top view; Fig. 9 is an embodiment of a thread rolling head with three thread rolling rollers; Fig. 10 is a view of the arrow E in Fig. 9 with the flange removed. The thread rolling head includes a housing 1, thread rolling rollers 2 and 3, synchronizing gears 4 and 5, intermediate gears 6 and 7, central gear 8, retainers 9 and 10 with locks, spring-loaded springs 11 and 12, and control lever 13 with handle 14. Intermediate gears 6 and 7 are clutch with studs 15 and 16, and centric gear 8 is connected to spring 17 to rotate the thread rolling rollers .. The head of the retainer 9 is made narrower than the head of the retainer 10, with the force of the spring 11 being greater than the tension of the spring 12. The thread rolling rollers 2 and 3 are mounted on the centric axes 18 and 19, which regulate the distance between the rollers. Axes 18 and 19 are stoppers in case 1 of Aintalsh 20 and 21. Thread rolling kits 2 and 3 are made with recesses 22 for placing the workpiece 23; with calibrating parts 24 of constant radius and with approaches 25 and releasing 26 parts of variable radius (Fig. 6 shows the recommended angular sizes of the parts). A thread rolling head can be applied to the ycta, for example, on the support 27 carriage 27. 28 of the lathe, with a stop 29 on its buttress. The blank 23 in this case is clamped in the chuck 30 of the lathe. i When performing a thread rolling head with three thread rolling rollers 31, the head housing consists of a flan 32 and a plan washer 33, in the bores of which there is a zeitral gear 34 and eccentric axes 35 of the thread rolling rollers 31 with synchronizing gear 36. On the center gear. The cam 34 is fixed on the turn 34, which interacts with the clamps 38 and 39, and the springs 40 and 41 are in contact. In this case, the projecting part of the cam 37 has a larger radius than the projecting part in contact with the clamp 38, and the force of the spring 40 is greater springs 41. A spring 42 is provided to rotate the thread rolling rollers 31. The retaining clips 38 and 39 cooperate with a control lever 43, which is rotated by a ring 44. The distance between the thread rolling rollers 31 is adjusted by turning the gear 45, while rotating the eccentric axes 35 through axle-mounted gears 46. The gear 45 is fixed from random rotation by nuts 47. A thread rolling head with three thread rolling rollers can be attached, for example, with a flange 32 to the rear of the lathe coaxially with the chuck in which stocking. The thread head works as follows. Thread rolling head c. the initial position when fixing: the torus 9, resting the head on the thorn 15 of the intermediate gear 6, holds the thread rolling rollers 2 and 3 in such a position that the grooves 22) are opposite each other and the distance between them is larger than the diameter of the blank 23 and larger than the rolled diameter the product is fed to the workpiece having a forced rotation until it takes the position between the thread rolling rollers 2 and 3. By turning the handle 14, the lock 9 moves, disengaging from the spike 15. The thread rolling rollers 2 and 3 are able to rotate Under the action of the spring 17. Rotating, the thread rolling rollers come into contact with their lead-in parts 25 with the workpiece, drag it into rotation, and the required profile is formed on the workpiece, calibrated, and in section 26 the knurled product comes out of contact with thread rolling rollers. Further rotation of the thread rolling rollers 2 and 3 is carried out by the spring 17 until the intermediate gear pin 6 is pressed into the retainer head 10. The thread rolling head is moved away from the finished product, and the handle 14 retains the retainers 9 and 10 into the initial position, and by varying the width of the heads of the retainers, the thread rolling ris are kept from turning by the spring 17. When installing the thread rolling head on the carriage 27 of the lathe support 28, the handle 14 is rotated by the stop 29, and the retainers 9 and. 10 is moved to its original position at the moment of abduction. The re-roll head from the knurled spring 11. A re-rolling head with three thread rolls and rollers 31 is mounted coaxially with the workpiece and the thread rollers are brought into contact with the workpiece when they are rotated under the action of spring 42, when the retainer 38 by turning the control lever 43 is disengaged from the spike of the finger 37. the cam 37 rests against the retainer 39 if the control lever 43 remains in a rotated position, or into the retainer 38 moving the initial position by the spring 40, if the control lever 43 is in Returned to the previous position. Thus, the proposed design of the thread rolling head provides the possibility of forming threads or other profiles in one turn of the thread rolling rollers without tangential feed, which expands the technological capabilities of the thread rolling heads.
